Rotary Youth Exchange
Overland Rotary Club is hosting another Rotary Youth Exchange student. Eve Komkam, from  Thailand, arrived August 13, 2004.  Eve will attend Ritenour High School during the school year and return to Thailand in the summer of 2005.

 


Ritenour High School students recognized at our annual Student Recognition Day in May 2005.  
The Overland Rotary Club awarded three scholarships and recognized our monthly Student Rotarians. 
 We also recognized our inbound Rotary Youth Exchange student, Eve Komkam.

Overland Rotary Club's three Rotary Scholars for 2005.


President Tom Drennan recognizes the Overland Business Professionals of the Year 
at our Annual Recognition breakfast. Lee Patterson and Mark Giroux were two of the leaders 
in the creation of the Overland Business Association during 2004.

     District Governor Jerry McClanahan honored the Rotary Club of Overland with a Rotary Foundation  award banner for being the #1 club in District 6060 in per capita giving during the 2002-2003 Rotary year. The Rotary Club of Overland has received this award annually since the 1998-1999 Rotary year.  

     During the 1998-1999 Rotary year, the RC of Overland also received the Foundation award banner for being #3 club  in District 6050 for total giving, as well as #1 in per capita giving.
